The first thing is to load the images with the textures to use.The color texture and the texture to clone from. In the image at left it can be seen the texture panel. The mapping is fixed to UV in coordinates with the uvtexture set below, which is the uvtexture output.
Right after load the uvtextures needed, for this case UVTexCol (output texture) and UVTexClonefrom (from which is going to be clone to the new image).

In these images can be appreciated how the uvtextures were made.
After loading both uvtextures, it's time to start painting the clone.
First than anything, in the objectdata panel be sure of that the uvtexture active (highlighted in blue) is the UVTexCol. Otherwise the texture can end being painted itself.
Now, Change from object mode to texture paint mode.

In the 3D view, press T or look in the header bar, in the view menu for the tool shelf.
Then appears the bar seen in the next image at the left side of the 3D view. In the tool section of this bar, change the draw option in the pop-menu to clone. Then, in the project paint section, you activate the layer option and right at the right of this option you'll see a word, press on it. A list of the uvtextures available for the selected object would appear. Select UVTexClonefrom.
Adjust the bleed option below the layer option to 5. This will force the painted area to extend 5 pixels over the uv area in the texture image.

At this point you can change in the objectdata panel to UVTexClonefrom and to edit mode to be able to move/rotate/scale the uv in the uvimage editor. Remember to go back to the UVTexCol
in the objectdata panel.
To paint, just slide the mouse or tablet's pen over the zone you want to pushing the left mouse button (in my case this is the selection button). This is the result I got.

To fix the little error at the center, first deactivate the layer option at the tool shelf bar in the paint project section.

Now the texture will clone itself.
In this mode the texture takes as origin point the blender's cursor.
To change the location of the cursor you must press Ctrl+left mouse button. To change the size of the brush, you may press F or at the tool shelf bar change the radius. To change the opacity press Shift+F or at the tool shelf under the brush section change the slider strength.
If also you may want to add stuff like tattoos to this texture, you may do the following.
In this case I added a japanese symbol called kanji as a tattoo in the cheek of suzanne the simian.
For any case you will have to make an image in color and another one in black and white which will be working as a stencil layer.

For this function I created two new uvtextures, uvkanji and uvstencil.

This method is a variation of the first one.
In the objectdata panel select the uvtexture uvkanji. From there, in the 3D view change to edit mode, also select all the mesh vertices. Now hover over the uv image editor, select all these vertices. At the header bar of these window you'll see at the right of the image menu a drawing of a photo, push it. You'll see a list of the loaded images. select the kanji colored image. If the image doesn't appear, at the image menu select open, then load the image.
Do the same for the uvstencil and the black and white kanji image.
Now that you have loaded both images and having located both uvs in their respective images, it's time to set the options of stencil and the cloning of the layer.
For that, change to the texture paint mode in the 3D view and look for the tool shelf. In this bar, under the project paint section activate the stencil and layer options. Now right after stencil you'll see a word, press on it to let the uvtexture list appear, then choose uvstencil.
Then afther the layer option, press on the word below the other one. For this one choose uvkanji.
If now you would proceed to paint you would notice that the kanji would be painted in white which it isn't what is wanted in this case. To paint the kanji in color, notice that little square located after the uvstencil under the project paint section at the tool shelf. Press it.
Now the kanji will be painted in color.

That's it!!
Happy blending!!!
